Mark's pace ensured that we were able to actively listen and effectively contribute throughout the day.
I have learnt a lot from the day and the pace of delivery was very good. It is easy when learning virtually for it to be too much and the style of delivery was also spot on.
Enjoyable and informative and I am inspired to complete what I need to achieve to complete the course.
Really good content delivered at a great pace. Definitely elements I feel I can practically use and start implementing.
the trainer was really interactive, I didn't feel like I was just being talked at like at the other sessions, he pulled a lot from us and allowed us to demonstrate our understanding, it has been a long time since I had a trainer this good!!
I really enjoyed this learning day and Richard the tutor made everything fun and informative.
