The day and sessions were well presented and cover some of the key theories around maximising the potential of those we work with and manage. Very insightful and provide knowledge that will support me in my role as a leader / Manager
I find it difficult to understand the meanings in the course work, as this is not reflected in real life. meaning that we do not talk or act like this in the real world or the fire service. just my thoughts

I really enjoyed this session. I thought Mark delivered it brilliantly and I was properly engaged throughout. Loads for me to think about, but also I really must make sure I turn my thinking into actions.

Mark is a great trainer. Vast knowledge on the subject, clear and concise delivery of content and very attentive with his details. Explains subjects clearly that are new to me which in turn, aids my learning.
