I was aware of quite a good deal of what the Course Leader was presenting as I have undertaken previous leadership courses where some of these theories were discussed.
Experienced and engaging tutor with lots of opportunities to practice coaching and receive valuable feedback
Really good training course that I will recommend to colleagues, just the right balance of interactive breakout rooms and learning directly from Richard.
Really interesting and makes me want to learn more.
Very enjoyable and interesting. Really informative. Well timed breaks.
It was very profitable day in terms of understanding the role of a coach and mentor.
Excellent introduction to the subject from a knowledgeable trainer
