Overall a good course. Will make more sense further along the apprenticeship.
Informative as to why we need to be trained as managers.
Very good course. Access to Internet very limited, not trainers fault but the facility as the WiFi is none existent

Enjoyed it and can take and use it in my role.
The course was very engaging and I’ve learnt a lot - I also want to add that the regular breaks have helped me in keeping my attention and motivation
