Great course. Help to build my self confidence and understanding how others perceive my work.
At times the session is too slow and subject conversations need to be pushed on quicker, this element I find really hard when I am an active learner. However some really good theories in there with a good balance of in the afternoon applying some practical.
Really useful. I have already used within my role. Would be beneficial for most staff at the council.
I always enjoy these sessions, I learn so much through these sessions.
There was a lot to take in today, but the break out rooms are a good way of learning about other businesses, sharing ideas and struggles. But i now have some clear ideas on what i would like to do with my team.
