A bit different doing training on Teams but it worked well, thank you. I thought the breaks were well spaced out and the timing was very good - always ended up exactly where we were meant to be at the break times.

This is the first virtual training course I've been part of over teams and it worked generally well bar the odd technical hiccup. I liked the 3 session split and any more on the teams would've been too much. I thought it was a good introduction and i'd be interested in attending a longer course to develop my skills

Enjoyed the day. The first session on stakeholder analysis was an area that i was already very familiar with. Would have liked more on developing my personal skills

Very focused on answering the WDAB but not really sure how this then relates wider to managerial roles. I am not a manager so not sure how it would relate to leadership

Super course thank you. Trainer had a great style - engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Useful to discuss situations and understand approaches - good balance, I feel like I have lots of useful tools but also have not been overloaded or “baffled by science”!

I have really enjoyed today's course. I felt a little anxious at first but felt very comfortable during the day. I will use all I have learnt today going forward in my development.

Break out session in afternoon was perhaps a bit too long and could be done in own time rather than during course? A very good course. Thanks very much.
