A very thorough course content which I can apply in my job role.
I really enjoyed todays course and being back together. It was more interactive and I felt more ideas and discussions were generated. Pat was an enthusiastic instructor who used real life examples to help cement the theories and information he was delivering which really helped me.
Excellent course and delivered very well considering the heat. The session helped me analyse 360 feedback in a much more objective way.
Excellent session ... very informative. Good group discussions during breakout rooms.
Informative session and good use of breakout rooms
Enjoyed the course overall considering the timeframe and today in particular will help me deal with emails better.
Good relevant content delivered at the right pace.
