Very useful day, gained a lot of leadership experience around managing change and particularly found it helpful that Bernie our trainer joined us in the breakout rooms and actively participated rather than just listening to helps us feel confident we were on the right track.
Brilliant course Rich thank you. I always enjoy these days because I learn loads.
I really enjoyed the session today. The slides were interesting. Some were re-caps of what we have seen before but it good to revisit and be able to comment on them.
enjoyed listening to examples of the police days. enjoyed the course.
Very useful. Practical. Very easy to listen and absorb. Feel now like I'm on the right track but able to put theory behind my approach and take more practical steps. Perfect timing and sapcing of sessions.
Well researched and delivered. Good break out rooms to discuss topics in relevance to roles
Really interesting course with lots of great info to support my work going forward
