Thoroughly enjoyed it - there was a lot there to take in, but hopefully i can apply this in my role.
I really enjoyed the split into 3 sessions with the breaks in between. Good mixture of practical items such as participation, break out rooms etc.
Excellent course delivered very well. Learnt a lot about the skills and techniques to influence which i will implement in my work.
