I was aware of quite a good deal of what the Course Leader was presenting as I have undertaken previous leadership courses where some of these theories were discussed.

I find the objectives Ie to do list after the session confusing Ie where to find things and what needs uploading etc. PS Sam has put me in the right direction and offered to give ongoing guidance, (Bless her) love the overall content.

Small group format with break out rooms worked very well Good length. Breaks welcome and made the whole day online manageable Very personable and knowledgeable trainer really interesting and I am keen to do some of the further reading - but like always it is in the actions one needs to take after this type of training - to think and reflect and PRACTICE the skills where the value really lies. So making time for this is vital
