I don't do much project management, in a structure way in my role, and as such I found it a really good overview and details introduction for me to be able to build upon.
Training Session went really well, and was very interesting.
Good balance, of content, discussion, breakouts and breaks. A good inclusive tone to the training.

One of the most informative, engaging and useful courses I have attended. Rich was engaging, knowledgeable and structured the course in a very palatable method. Having 3 distinct parts made breaking it down and taking it in much easier, without switching off. Just the right amount of breakouts/tasks as well as information. I found it extremely applicable to my role and will use this in the future.
