Pat was brilliant - really understanding, created a safe space to speak, really good at engaging all attendees.
Thoroughly enjoyed and took much practical learning away.
The trainer was very thorough and it gives me more insight regarding safety as a lone worker
This is the first time I've done this type of course. Everything was done in a relaxed manner, despite a few tech issues at my end
Overall I found the course useful and applicable to my role in the Council.
A well planned course, well delivered, with plenty of opportunities to interact
Very useful session that will aid me in my role as a Crew Manager.
