The subject matter was good and explained how managers need to think about themselves as managers as well as the ability, values and motivation of the staff that they manage. The pace of the session was good though it was affected by the fact that the session was virtual which made interaction challenging.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course today. I particularly found Rich engaging with a very encouraging manner. He has given us lots to go away and think about. Thanks you

I felt Rich was very inclusive, I liked that he geared his discussion to the work & aims of the EA and also discussed and encouraged thoughts and input from us all, not just telling us the right answer / approach

Really enjoyed.

Trainer kept us all engaged and the various tasks got everyone involved. There were a few technical issues, but it didn't spoil the day.
