I enjoyed it and it was first online course and online classroom

I love and enjoyed every moment of it. The course trainer made us work as a team which was very helpful to boost my knowledge. I am very confident in what I am doing and be able to implement myself as a manager and leader

Short and snappy, but to the point. Excellent day. Working on Teams helped, as I generally gave more input than usual

Enjoyed via Teams, gives more ways to interact and feedback. some people happier to type rather than speak.

The delivery on teams was good, albeit a bit hard going on the eyes looking at a computer for so long. Everyone was able to input into the session fully. I really liked the Pollev as a good way of capturing thoughts throughout the session

Really good method of giving us time to discuss and then time to fill in the WDAB
