i don't feel that the day equips me with the information to complete mod 3. i still feel underprepared for the module.

Very useful session especially when in the breakout rooms and discussing how others have collated their evidence around various aspects required.
Really helpful opportunity to practise coaching but also be in the role of coachee and observer so learn from others too.
This workshop was to do with the EPA. A lot of information provided and clarification for the EPA.
