Interesting day! Managed the technology valiantly. It's not the easiest thing to deliver training virtually and still make it useful/engaging.

I realise that Covid prevents face to face delivery at the moment, but teams delivery is not as good as I couldnt always hear clearly what the trainer was saying

Great course and Richard really captured my attention throughout the day.

It was a wonderful lesson. I love the explanation given by the trainer and it has helped me alot to understand myself and how I can improve myself
