Really enjoyed the session again and it got me thinking and challenging how I deal with managing change within my team.
Very charismatic trainer and maintained a good pace.
Whilst today was all abut Change Management I feel that all of the group are, by the very nature of our positions and responsibilities, change agents. Today reinforced that through our discussions and debates.

Just to let you know we do usually introduce the ELD to all learners from Module 2 onwards and do often visit this regularly within coaching sessions as the programme progresses.
