It was quite a lot to unpack. I mostly enjoyed the break out session. I wished the sessions are recorded as it was diffucult to follow and make notes

It was good to work with different people in the breakout groups and share learning experiences. These activities helped to support my learning. The trainer was very supportive and role modelled all of the behaviours spoken about in the session (very impressive).
