As a first session it was a great way to start as it wasn't too overwhelming and felt more like a conversation rather than strict learning.

It was a really enjoyable whilst challenging session and there were certainly some take aways for me to reflect upon in my day to day practice.

Good session and lots to think about but excited to get started

It was really good to get to see the platforms, only issue was that o cannot access the management direct learning area, I’m very much a learner by taking myself through along with direction from a trainer so seeing that would have benefitted me alot

The workshop was engaging, well-structured and relevant to my role. I particularly valued the balance between theory and practical application, as it helped me to clearly understand how to apply strategic change models within my own service. The group discussions were insightful and allowed for shared learning across different experiences. Overall, it was a very positive and thought-provoking day.

Inclusive and supportive

Really interesting session. The pace was excellent and empowered authentic conversation and discussion. Everyone was so engaged making it a powerful debate.
