Enjoyable day, learnt something new and reinforced some of my previous learning

I have enjoyed

Good course - accessible information and well presented

Much longer than needed and a lot of duplicated content from other modules

I've struggled with this module, it didn't really feel as though it related to Business Planning as it was all around PDRs.

Great trainer, very knowledgeable. Training was at enjoyable pace and it was interesting chatting to people from other areas of council in break out rooms
