Worked really well via Teams. Rich really new his stuff and it was very interesting. The structure worked well. Good group size.

Richard took extra time to explain models to make it more relatable.

Mark was a good trainer. Really clear. Easy to listen to. The only think that passed me by was the chart/graph that we had to use for the supermarket activity (i just find graphs hard to follow sometimes). Many thanks Adam
