Really good, some elements hard to do as not yet done epa etc but really explained well and felt like I knew what I need to do
I found that the module was not in depth enough as I have very limited experience of budgets in an organizational context. The final task could have done with some information to help guide us as to why the revisions were made to help think more deeply about forcasting etc rather than just changing to the numbers to match.
Stuart’s delivery was great but the content wasn’t. I don’t understand how the demings model relates to finance
Looking at the workbook for mod 6, it wasn’t until around 12 noon when content of the course started to be relatable. Breakout rooms were too long for the scenario, although the content was good and useful.

Having been on management courses in the past (and walked away extremely disappointed, feeling I’d lost a day of my life that I’d never get back), I was not looking forward to it. I’m leaving my first of three sessions truly believing that I’ve actually been trained in management. I feel I am now in a better position to reflect upon my management based on what I have learnt today
