Technical problems meant the trainer was unable to share the slides as he went along which was frustrating for him and distracting for me, as i had to go between slides sent to me and the zoom site. Michael managed as best he could but this must have been very difficult for him too.

Great presenter and interesting topics that will be useful for my role. I thought we'd already covered some topics in previous modules and didn't find it related to many of the questions in the module 5 workbook but it was useful and really enjoyable so I don't mind.
