Really good pace, plenty of breaks and excellent conversation with colleagues.

Enjoyable course and very relevant to my current role as a supervisor with responsibility for 4 immediate staff and 15 overall.

Very enjoyable and a good refresher for me in terms of previous learning. I liked the CUDSA framework too and I can see how that fits with another approach I use so I will blend the two.
