Thank you Sarah for explaining everything that we need to do between now and EPA. Tried to simplify the process and brake down all the tasks outstanding.

Enjoyed the day, interesting content and well delivered

I started the session feeling quite unwell but, didn't want to miss it. By the end of the session I was so glad I stuck it out. I recognised an important shift in my approach - focus on the client not worry about what I'm going to say.

I really enjoyed using the Ioda poll system. This is the first time any trainer has used this and it makes the session very interactive . Most engaging and interactive trainer so far so thank you! Best workshop session yet!
