this was a very hard subject Julie tried to use her personality but i think that the content could be more engaging or have exercises associated with it. the content also seemed to be very skewed to a commercial environment not a not for profit of local authority or public service.

The workshop was very engaging and informative.

Really great, key takeaway: Better to know someone and not need them, than to need someone and not know them. Build those relationships!

Pat is by far the best trainer I have encountered. He was engaging, and made the material really come to life, constantly bringing the content back to real life situations. Really good mix between use of chat, breakout rooms and presentation.

It was great to reflect on a topic that I rarely touch upon let alone during working hours. Charlotte Williams' presentation was really engaging. Loved it.
