A useful session, not the easiest subject to cover.

It was a long morning, but i was pleased with my progress and understanding

Really enjoyed the interaction with others. The introductory workshop was well structured and flowed which gave time to ask questions. This increased my confidence and look forward to the next session.

The first session was a little confusing but besides from I found it very useful

The interactions with Pat and especially the other people in the workshop were very interesting and enjoyable There were new concepts that I had not prior familiarity with such as 'ethnocentrism' which I did find enlightening The steps to call out bad behaviours were also interesting

Educational content & engaging speaker.

Useful, possibly too long for the content covered

Intense session, but I understand why. Just hurts my head when I really need to think and reflect a lot all day.
