A few too many emails- some repetition

Really useful information I feel it would be extremely useful to have live action coaching role plays/recorded sessions that we could watch to look at different models and techniques being used. The slides the trainer had were different to the slides on the sparepoint.

Very good, enjoyed interactions with other organisations rather than only fire service views

Some content was repetitive from previous modules

excellent trainer - so knowledgeable and interesting. These days tend to have a lot of content; some more practical tasks to test application or modelling eg seeing it done in practice is needed
