I really enjoyed yesterday's session. It was a lot of information to go through, however it was cleverly arranged into 3 x 90min session so I did not feel disangaged. The breakout room disussions were very helpful in terms of getting to know other participants, their stories and other sectors challanges and limitations. Sarah kept the group engaged and challenged us on few occassions which was great!
The workshop was very engaging and interesting. I have learned a lot of new things that I can take forward into my role. Especially in how I communicate and support others more effectively. Mark was really good at explaining things 👏. I liked the idea of having names written down before the session began
I feel it was a lot of information to take in but it was very useful and informative to help understand the programme

Low score for room because it was hot and airless, making it energy zapping.
I enjoy these workshops as just reading or watching research material is boring.

Timing structure was well segmented with breaks to accommodate all the information shared. All questions were answered well. Comfortable environment created from the start to assist learning.
