Excellent session! Really engaging!

The day was very insigthful and informative, covering aspects of governance and its impacts on our roles through to the qualities of and effective Leader / manager. This will help to understand the integral components that need to be present to be as productive as possible.

Good session, a lot of new information that I havent covered on previous leadership courses which has been really interesting.

Pat was good in delivering and interacting with participants. Will take away new knowledge and refresher knowledge from other modules from today's session. Thank you

It was a well structured day, with the right balance of input, breakout sessions and breaks. There was sufficient time for questions and answers and Rich was very knowledgeable and engaging.

Sean was very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows the material inside out rather than constantly referring to slides, he was able to drop useful models and theories in during the course which I have noted for future follow up - this was one of the first sessions where I felt comfortable with the task given each time in the breakout room where during previous courses I've spent the first few minutes with colleagues trying to work out exactly what we do. Really enjoyed it.

Really useful & one of the more engaging online courses I've done - I much prefer face to face normally
