Really enjoyed the day. the time to practice and observe coaching is ideal. I always take something away from the practice myself both when observing and actually coaching. It is also a great opportunity to develop reflective practice.
I found the day very informative but slightly overwhelming.
Enjoyed the day, found it very informative. Thank you.
It was really good. The trainer was very pleasant and knowledgeable and it was nice that he had local knowledge
Really enjoyed today’s group learning art. Helped me consider my organisations workforce planning. Will definitely be going back to see if strategies exist and how they are implemented.
