Knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s most consistent strength: attendees say they explain challenging models clearly, adapt to the group and create welcoming spaces for honest discussion. They value interactive delivery, with breakout activities, case studies, reflection and practical exercises helping them learn from peers with varied backgrounds. Reviews frequently describe the content as relevant to their roles and assignments, with useful tools and ideas to apply at work. Some sessions feel information-heavy or rushed, but the training is generally well structured and engaging.

I was worried about the course being on teams as I prefer face to face. Breaking it into 3x90 minute sessions worked well

A really good day - although the afternoon felt like it would have been more powerful to have been condensed into a faster pace

Response: Hi Zoe, Thanks for your feedback, ,we do really appreciate it and take note. I have noticed youve said you dont feel like you get enough support from your Coach, could you give me an email and give me a little more information so i can help. :) my email is Sam.Vint@ioda.com Thanks Sam

Really enjoyed this session for many reasons including. Time of breaks given- huge difference to neurodiverse people or people with a learning disability The day wasn't too long- even though on teams. Helen was really easy and knowledgeable and presented the day in a way in which everyone could follow. She was really inclusive of peoples answers Helen was really engaging and interesting The day was really informative but with 'real life' examples which weren't always perfect ways of working. Helen gave examples of things of when she did things wrong and what she learnt from this. The resources were really good, liked the videos and how interactive the day was. It wasn't death by powerpoint.
