Good training, Mark explains the content very well, kept it interactive and informative. Use of breakout rooms works well and the time allocated to this was spot on.

Very enthusiastic trainer. There is a lot to do but Helen did well to make everyone feel secure. She offered loads of advice and support. She made herself available for trial runs
