Helen was excellent, not only providing a sound overview of the platforms but tackling issues with the software and fielding multiple questions. Thank you!
It was a lot of information related to the different systems which was not interesting but really valuable as I have been on a course previously where there was no indication or support for using the system. Although it was a bit tedious I appreciate the opportunity to flag issues ahead of starting and to be ahead of problems submitting requirements.
Pat was so good and made the day really interesting. Usually I flag with all day training in the afternoon but I was totally focused through the day. A huge thank you.
Pat is very knowledgeable and delivers the training with confidence
It was once again a very interesting and informative session and I continue to learn more about the coaching process and increase my ownself-awareness.
Very enjoyable, it was interesting working with people from outside my local authority
