Knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s most consistent strength: attendees say they explain challenging models clearly, adapt to the group and create welcoming spaces for honest discussion. They value interactive delivery, with breakout activities, case studies, reflection and practical exercises helping them learn from peers with varied backgrounds. I was apprehensive beforehand, but felt at ease straightaway and now feel comfortable in the support and knowledge I'll be given.

I enjoyed the day . I really like , trust the facilitator both for kindness and approach and for her credibility as a coach.i thought the course could’ve been more concise and focused today. It’s not because I’m super confident or think I already know what needs to be done to be a good coach. It’s more about the pace of learning today ,whatever people’s baseline. Totally conscious that Other people will have different preferences but it to me it felt a bit slow . aware there’s a risk of irony when this is a course about coaching but I felt that a lot of this content could have just been provided as seems clear and the models are excellent and explanatory versus a day spent drawing some of this out. Perhaps at least a bit more of a balance. However, the pace was a bit too quick when framing tasks e.g. what are the models for where? How do they sit in literature? What conversations have we had so far that they relate to and in particular where can we find them?

Very interesting and educative session regarding my strategic tone with the team and how deliberate and emergent strategies are imbedded in the team.
