The tutor was accommodating as I had to dip in and out.

Good course and enjoyed getting together with members of other teams within the service.

The activities provided a really good context to discuss further the issues faced day-to-day

Enjoyable course - made fun with the activities and was more useful then just sat listening. Putting it into practice made a big difference. The group activity identified how you need to focus on your own role but how you fit into the bigger picture.
