I love the fact it's broken into 3 sections - much more manageable.

Thank you Sarah for explaining everything that we need to do between now and EPA. Tried to simplify the process and brake down all the tasks outstanding.

Enjoyed the day, interesting content and well delivered

I started the session feeling quite unwell but, didn't want to miss it. By the end of the session I was so glad I stuck it out. I recognised an important shift in my approach - focus on the client not worry about what I'm going to say.

Very good . Although on teams it was still engaging and interactive

Interesting module...trainer explained things extremely well

It was an enjoyable course with good levels of interaction with the group.
