Enjoyed this session

Useful , I was a bit disappointed to see we were going over again contracts and stakeholder management but I understand that this was about expanding it when it came to apply practical coaching and to confirm and underpin what we already knew.

The trainer was great for this workshop, he was very engaging and explained theory really well.

Really good, but there is so much content, it is a struggle

Brilliant day, learnt a lot especially regarding the difference between meetings and discussions. How to manage my time better and overall the main elements above. I will definitely be implementing this with my team going forward and really looking forward to seeing the changes
