Enjoyable interactive day, with good conversation and examples

Very interesting and stimulating. I enjoyed the conversations about ‘what’ performance development is and the nuance surrounding making it effective.

Really enjoyed the content, I've learned and listened to different views which will help me with perspective.

Overall today emphasised/reminded me of the importance in coaching of emotional intelligence, actively listening and how to communicate effectively. I intend to apply the learning from today by ensuring when I next have a coaching style conversation at work or I am asked for advice/support/direction I will focus more on listening effectively and that my body language is all positive and I am not letting other circumstances distract me from the other individual and that my attention/presence is with them as fully as possible.

Good pace, kept spirits high.
