Clear as to what is expected

Daunting but thorough

The first part was too repetitive of what has already been covered The opportunity to coach fully was great

Very good learning interesting to lure new skill

Once again an excellent day well worth the time and hopefully I can implement and improve my staffs needs and requirements

Another really enjoyable session with practical examples and healthy discussions. I think everyone in the group felt very relaxed and therefore participated fully
