Enjoyed it just a lot to digest and then getting emails while on the course but looking forward to getting started.
Good day. Long for a virtual session. Personally for me I find this kind of day difficult to focus on without being able to get up and have a change of scenery and dynamic through.
Overall a helpful session. Person leading session does not do the coaching course so did not have all the answers.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and took away lots of relevant information, hoping to do another workshop with Stuart.
