Covid impact of doing session virtually a bit frustrating in places (e.g. internet connection dropping out, having to use work laptop and ignore incoming e-mails, Teams calls etc.). Breakout room exercises not always engaging and effective in that we have to try and recall information on slides seen previously if not written down in advance. No wrap up given it is last session of module (?) Reference to coaching sessions but only received one back in MayResponse : Hi Fiona, Thank you for your feedback, I understand training at the moment is very testing but due to the current circumstances, we have to try and work around it. Is there anything we could have done to help improve this? The coaching sessions for your Cohort took place in February and July this year and you are due to have some in November. Really good day. Mark was very enthusiastic when delivering the material which makes a usually dry subject quite interesting.
