Response: Hi Tom, Many thanks for being honest with your feedback from your workshop yesterday. I would like to understand a little more about why the workshop was not suited to you. Is it the whole Leadership programme or the workshops? i can see that you are getting support from your Line Manager and Coach but need little more info so that we can make changes to the programme if needed.
