good event thank you. suggest that the breakout rooms didn't work as well as main room. probably as we feeling our way in the dark? similar course would be useful whereby its about influencing direct reports (those in your team) and also handling tricky conversations around this

First session - presentation was long and could benefit for discussion whilst going through each element of the model Commercial awareness - more time for this particular element
