Very informative good mix of feedback, conversation and slides

A lot of information, but delivered in an easy to understand way.

First part quite easy to get to grips with

It was full of good content on how to influence, What would really help would be to have a section of how to handle it when influencing not working. Really good example was on the active listening seciton where said if come back all defensive don't go to stage two, go back to stage 1 etc. ie it's good to have ideas of what to do but even better is to know how to move on when things aren't going right and get back on track, try something else.

Very interesting and informative, not sure I will be included in budgets though at my level, only a supervisor.
