I have enjoyed today. I have learnt alot and been able to reflect on areas where I need to make some improvements. I'm going to use some Reflective Practice techniques with my team and share some of my learning from today, with the team in team meetings.

Really informative and good balance of information and discussion. Good grounding upon which to build through own learning and reflection.

It was a great day, just a little marred by IT problems. For instance, the videos looked great but were difficult to follow.
