Great course - this is my 3rd time with Alba. I would love a more extensive course. I think we should have a general detailed first aid course irrespective if its workplace or not.

Found Richard made it easy to get into it by making it an interactive experience. Learned a lot and feel that I would know what to do in an emergency

Richard was very competent, also very knowledgeable. Made everyone feel at ease, if he didn't know the answer he found out for us! Great instructor!

Richard was fantastic instructor, in all the years I have done course I fund that this was the most informative. There wads loads I have learnt over the three days and would highly recommend.

Richard was a great instructor. He made the course really interesting and interactive. He has a great knowledge of the subject which has given me the confidence to make myself available during real life situations.

Overall I thought the course was very Informative as it should be, and Gary being the Instructor was very clear and precise in the way he In put things over. Also made the course very enjoyable.
