Very good

Keith was great, very knowledgeable and engaging. There was a little jumping between subjects, I don't know if this was down to a redesign of the course, or tailoring to the class.

Course was lead really well and afterwards I felt 100% more confident in my abilities to perform first aid should the need arise.

Gary was superb, full of knowledge and made the course fun and easy to digest!

Gary was very knowledgeable and very welcoming..... i felt at ease through the whole course.
