Very informative The mix of visuals, handouts/ book and practical training was a good balance and helped my style of learning Keith was very approachable, friendly & knowledgeable & Lunch was nice and plentiful
Been to Alba Traing center before, perfect location. Keith the trainer was extremely friendly and professional and explained and demonstrated all maters, of first aid perfectly. Lovely lunch also x

Richard & Boney were fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed the course and Richard made a course which on the face of it should be horrendously boring, very interesting and educational. Looking forward to the refresher.
