Excellent course,well presented and relevent to my role

Adam ran a smooth, relaxed and informative course. It was well structured and he was able to ensure everyone in the group could follow along and keep on track, checking understanding throughout and making us all feel at ease. There was a great balance of activities, information and group discussion which was broken up perfectly with regular movement breaks to ensure everyone stayed focussed and motivated. Thank you Adam for a great first few days back.

Adam was fantastic very patient and kept the momentum upbeat , I particularly liked the fact he didnt "go on " about his personal experiences too much as some trainers do. The information was well delivered and I liked the individual feedback.

What a brilliant course. So many great opportunities to discuss scenarios, think about specific learners and explore the ethos of the school through training. It was lovely to have the time to think so carefully about the opportunities we have to support learners to redirect their energies into something so much more positive and to think how powerfully the staffing around the learners can change their own pathways. Thank you.

I found the course really interesting. I really enjoyed the part and activities surrounding trauma and the effects it can have on children.
