Ben was great on this course. Made it really interactive. All 3 days were good and better than any PBS/safeholding course i have been on. I enjoyed the emphasis on deescalating first rather than using restrictive practices to start with. Thank you

Kirstie demonstrated great passion, and the delivery was engaging throughout the course. However, during the first two days, I would have appreciated the opportunity to read through parts of the trainer’s manual independently and incorporate more of our own experiences into the teaching process, rather than going through the entire manual in detail. This would have made the sessions more interactive and allowed for greater practical application. Throughout the theory and assessments Kirstie was reassuring and thorough as was Rachel’s input and support. Feedback following the assessments was reassuring when I was feeling very nervous.
The course was very good, Very informative and Amy was brilliant. The course was not too heavy and Amy was very informative and delivered the training perfectly.
