This was a fantastic course and I have learnt so much theory behind PBS. Andy was extremely passionate about the topic and very engaging, Having the opportunity to practice the hold repeatedly was very useful Thank you.

Andrew was very informative and had a very positive approach to teaching us. It was interesting and I will definitely keep practising in case I need to use it.

Such a good course, considering most courses put you to sleep John and Ben were very engaging very funny and very professional. For once I loved the training.

I have been given new skills to progress in my career the trainer was knowledgeable and very engaging nothing was too much trouble made me feel good about myself lots of praise content was brilliant iam now confident in my ability to use all these new techniques well worth doing.

The course was absolutely fantastic. So much was learned,the technique used from 1234567 skills how to protect the services users and yourself. So much skills to improve my Job and comfort to work without panic. The act of law .and also to improve the life of the service users.

I found Rachael a brilliant teacher who really made sure you understand every aspect to the best of our individual ability
