All 3 trainers was fantastic and learnt so much from them all made me feel confident about all restraints

The first two days wasn't for me, purely because I do the things, to which the theory days go over. This does NOT mean I wouldn't recommend the first two days as well as the whole course, as I believe it would be beneficial to others. On a whole the course was fantastic, and beneficial and insightful. The trainers was brilliant. Lots of enjoyment and energy and passion from them.
